Terms of Use.

“The Service” — the Payforget platform for automatic tax-invoice issuance.
“User” — a sole-trader or company registered to the service.
“The Company” — Payforget Ltd, registration no. 514823671.

The service automatically detects transactions on connected credit cards and issues original tax invoices in line with the applicable VAT regulations of the customer's country. Invoices are issued through the applicable tax-authority interface and digitally signed.

The service connects to the user’s card acquirer to detect transactions. Access to the acquirer is granted by the user alone and can be revoked at any time.

• · The user is responsible for the accuracy of the details they provide (VAT ID, email, address).
• · The user confirms they own the cards they connect, and are authorised to use them for business transactions.
• · The user must ensure that every transaction for which an invoice is issued is genuinely a business transaction.
• · The user agrees that invoices issued automatically by the service form part of their tax reporting.

Pricing plans are published on the pricing page. During the Early Access period the service is entirely free.

The user may cancel at any time with one click from the dashboard. Cancellation deletes the card token immediately. Invoices already issued are retained for the statutory archival period (7 years).

The company may discontinue the service with 30 days’ notice.

The service is provided “AS IS”. The company will make reasonable efforts to ensure invoice accuracy, but final tax-reporting responsibility lies with the user. The company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel; exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
